Questions And Answers

Are transfers more expensive than a standard taxi?

In most cases, the price of our service will be similar of a taxi. The added bonus of booking with a transfer, is that you will get a fixed rate (i.e., you won’t be charged more if there is traffic), your driver will speak English (we test for this before working with any driver), and most important of a transfer – you can personalize your ride!

Where do I meet my driver?

Your driver will get in touch with you at least one day prior to your specific arrival date. They will confirm the exact pickup spot, usually by providing you with an easy-to-spot shop or sign that is close by.

What if I need to make an additional stop during the trip?

That is a common request we get. You may need to stop off somewhere to pickup other passengers, or maybe you just want to follow a specific route. We allow you to add extra stops during your trip in just a few clicks.

Can I only book Airport Transfers?

Although airport transfers are what we are most known for, we also offer hourly chauffeur services in your destination of choice. With this service you can choose to book a professional driver to get you around the city, be this for your business meetings, or just as a safe way to discover the new destination.

Can I choose which vehicle picks me up?

You can definitely choose the vehicle class (i.e., economy, business or first-class). Usually the brand of the vehicle is detailed on the booking page, although in certain situations you may be allocated a different brand, due to availability restrictions.
